新建应用型本科院校辅导员运用自媒体开展思想政治教育工作的调查——以山西工程技术学院为例

Investigation on the Work of Self-media in Ideological and Political Education by Counselors in Newly-built Applied Undergraduate Colleges—Taking Shanxi Institute of Technology as An Example

当前,自媒体技术日新月异,面对新的媒介工具和载体,高校辅导员如何更好地适应新形势,做出适时调整,更新教育理念,主动改变教育方法,借助自媒体使得大学生思想政治教育工作实效性切实得到加强,成为新时期需要深入研究的课题。本文通过对我校辅导员的工作现状的问卷调查和分析,从职业角色、教育观念、队伍建设滞后、媒介意识四个方面阐释了辅导员运用自媒体开展大学生思想政治教育工作中存在的问题和短板,为自媒体视域下高校辅导员工作模式的创新提供实践依据。

At present,with the rapid development of Self-media technology,facing the new media tools andcarriers,how to better adapt to the new situation has becomea new period of in-depth study of the subject for collegecounselors.make adjustments and update the educational concept,take the initiative to change the educational methods,with the help of self-media to make the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students effectivelystrengthened,Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of counselors＇ work in our university,thispaper expounded the problems and short boards of counselors＇ use of self-media to carry out ideological and politicaleducation of college students from four aspects：professional role,educational concept,team construction lag,mediaawareness .It will provide practical basis for the innovation of college counselors＇ work mode from the perspective ofmedia.
