The main purpose of academic researches is not only to enhance the level of academic cognition,but alsoto promote knowledge transmission.The Zhoukoudian is the cradle of students who studying geology and field geologyteaching practice plays an important role in cultivating their geological talents.The published academic data have givennew viewpoints about the geological processes in the Zhoukoudian area and facilitated the teaching methods andpracticing contents,as well.This paper focused on the application of academic activities in the field geological practiceteaching in the Zhoukoudian area and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main aim is toadvance the study return and initiative positivity of students.
