Application of Multiple Intelligence Theory in the Talent Cultivation in the Major of Flight Vehicle Design and Engineering

传统的飞行器设计与工程人才培养方案通常重视专业知识的培养,但是弱化甚至忽略了其他各种能力的培养,不利于培养综合性航空航天人才。本文论述了多元智能对于飞行器设计与工程专业的重要性,并给出了培养多元智能能力的措施或者建议。

Traditional talent cultivation programs in the major of flight vehicle design and engineering usually payattraction to the training of professional knowledge,but weaken or even neglect the cultivation of other abilities,which isnot benefit to the cultivation of comprehensive talents in aerospace engineering.This paper discusses the importance ofmultiple intelligence theory in the talent cultivation in the major of flight vehicle design and engineering,and gives somemeasures or suggestions for training the multiple intelligence abilities.
