As a modern tool of English teaching,digital language laboratory can createa more vivid and effectiveteaching environment than the traditional teaching mode.So it has become the main means of listening and speakingteaching in many colleges and universities.At the same time,motivation plays an important role in the process of Englishlearning,because it can not only help to stimulate but also to guide the study.Therefore,based on the audio-visualEnglish teaching in our college,this paper aims to discuss how to stimulate students＇ English learning in the digitallanguage laboratory.
