《软件项目管理》课程分组讨论式教学探讨

Discussion on "Software Project Management" Teaching in Groups

针对《软件项目管理》课程的特点及教学中存在的问题,结合我国高等教育教学转变的方向,提出了将分组讨论式教学方法应用到《软件项目管理》课程教学中。分析了讨论式教学方法及教学思路,进行了分组讨论式教学实施,并对分组讨论式教学效果进行了讨论。实践证明,通过分组讨论式教学,不仅体现了以学生为中心的教学理念,激发了学生学习兴趣和积极性,照顾了个体学生之间的差异性,同时,还能促使教师专业素质的提高。

In view of the characteristics of Software Project Management course and the existing problems inteaching,combined with the direction of teaching transformation in higher education in China,this paper puts forwardthe application of group discussion teaching method to the teaching of Software Project Management course.This paperanalyzes on the discussion teaching method and teaching thinking,carries on the group discussion teachingimplementation,and discusses the teaching effect of the group discussion teaching.It has been proved by practice thatgroup discussion teaching not only embodies the student-centered teaching idea,stimulates students＇ interest andenthusiasm in learning,takes care of the differences among individual students,but also promotes the improvement ofteachers＇ professional quality.
