摘要
针对《生产与运作管理》知识覆盖面广,跨度大,重点难把握,导致教学目标制定不准的问题,开展基于企业视角的教学目标的精炼研究。首先开展企业生产与运作管理人才职业技能与《生产与运作管理》关键知识点相关性分析,构建知识技能与企业需求的关系;其次,以相关性大为重点,舍弃相关性小的原则对课程教学目标进行精炼;最后,构建知识、技能和素养三维三级的教学目标,实现知识与技能的互补,以现场5S/6S/7S管理和精益生产管理为重点培养学生的职业素养。
The"Production & Operation Management" isa subject with a great knowledge and difficulty inmanaging the key points,so,it isa time to refine the education objectives base on enterprise vision.Firstly,the relationshipbetween knowledge and enterprise requirements is established via the correlation analysis for the knowledge and skillrequirements for the position of Production & Operation Management and key knowledges in the subjects.Secondly,thesubject education objectives are refined based on the rules of taking high relative knowledge as the key point,and cuttingoff the knowledge with very little corrections.Finally,a three-dimension objective with the knowledge,skill and talent isestablished in terms of the knowledge and skill mutual complementarities,and focusing on the professional talentdevelopment via the key knowledge of 5S/6S/7S management and lean production management.
