盾构近距离侧穿桥桩数值模拟与施工控制技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 为保证地铁沿线建筑物的安全,对近距离侧穿桥桩的地铁盾构施工,先通过有限元软件进行数值模拟,施工过程中从盾构姿态、掘进参数、同步注浆与二次注浆等方面进行分析与控制,地表隆降量最大值分别为0、-5.6 mm;桥桩隆降量最大值为1.1 mm、-0.7 mm;墩柱倾斜率最大为0.06‰,地表沉降值与桥桩沉降值均控制在目标值范围内,保证了盾构施工过程中桥梁的安全。 In order to ensure the safety of the buildings along the subway, it is necessary to conduct the numerical simulation by finite element software before shield construction of subway with close-range side-crossing bridge piles. In the construction, the analysis and control are carried out from the aspects of shield posture, tunnelling parameters, synchronous grouting and two times grouting. Results show that the maximum amount of surface uplift is 0 and the subsidence value is-5.6 mm, meanwhile, the values of bridge piles are 1.1 mm,-0.7 mm respectively, and the maximum inclination rate of pier column is 0.06%0. Therefore, the surface subsidence value and the pile settlement value are all controlled within the target value range, which could ensure the safety of bridge during shield construction.
