摘要
临床医学生的流行病学教学需要重视培养医学生对研究文献评阅的兴趣及客观评价的能力。在流行病学课程设计和教学过程中,了解临床医学生对文献评阅的态度尤为重要。文章在流行病学课程学习过程中对临床医学专业三年级学生进行调查,发现通过阶段性流行病课程的学习,仅部分临床医学生意识到前期阅读和评价医学研究文献、积累医学知识在流行病学课程学习中的重要性,提示临床医学生医学文献评阅的课程学习亟待加强。
The epidemiology teaching for clinical medical students should aim to cultivate the evaluation ability in reviewing research literature. During the curriculum design and teaching of epideminlogy, it is particularly important to understand the clinical medical students' attitudes towards literature review. This study surveyed the attitudes towards literature review of the clinical medical students in Grade Three in learning epidemiology. The results showed that only a small proportion of clinical medical students were aware of the importance of earlier reading and evaluating the medical literature, and accumulating medical knowledge in epidemiology. The findings suggest that it is necessarv to strengthen literature review analysis in clinical curriculum for medical students.
