摘要
为评价自媒体和过程性评价相结合在循证医学教学中的应用,随机抽取3个班的学生为研究对象,A实验班采用自媒体和过程性评价相结合的教学法,B实验班采用过程性评价教学法,对照班采用传统教学法,期末统一终结性考试并进行问卷调查。A、B实验班在基本概念掌握程度方面高于对照班。实验班学生阅读医学文献的时间,使用专业数据库获取文献的比例以及文献评价能力均高于对照班。自媒体与过程性评价相结合的循证医学教学模式提高了学生终身学习的能力,提升学生未来临床实践能力。
o evaluate the effect of We-media and process evaluation in evidence-based medicine, three classes were chosen randomly in Changzhi Medical College. Process evaluation and We-media were applied to experimental class A, and process evaluation was ap- plied to experimental class B, while traditional teaching was applied to the control class. At the end of term, tests and a questionnaire survey were conducted. Basic concepts of evidence-based medicine were better grasped in the experimental classes than in the control class. There were statistically significant between the experimental classes and the control class on the time of reading hterature review, the rate of using special database and the ability of assessing literature review. Process evaluation combined with We-media in evidence-based medicine can speed up links between teachers and students, and promote the chnical practice ability of medicine colleges.
