摘要 教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。文章以一所由薄弱校走向优质校的中学——莘县二中为例,分析了其通过信息技术与教育教学深度融合的内生发展创新实践:确立"情·理并融"的教学变革理念,推动情感与技术的融合;建构情感唤醒机制,激活学生内生发展动力;建构信息技术与教学的深度融合机制,撬动课堂教学变革;构建"一五三"课堂教学范式,促进学生生命成长。文章为解决薄弱校优质化问题、促进教育公平提供了新的思路。 Education equity is an important basis for social equity. The present article takes Shenxian No.2 high school as the case, which develops from weak to quality. With the deep integration of information technology and education, the high school has stepped out of an innovative practice path of endogenous development. Its innovative practice includes four aspects. First, establish the "harmony of emotion and sense" concept to promote the integration of emotion and technology. Second, construct the emotional wake-up mechanism to activate student's endogenous driving force. Third, establish a deep integration mechanism of information technology and teaching to pry up the reform of class teaching. Fourth, build the "153" teaching mode to promote students' life growth. The article provides new ideas for improving the quality of weak schools and promoting education fairness.
