基于方向独立无芯RFID标签的频域编码研究

摘要 介绍了一种新型基于频域编码的无芯射频识别(RFID)标签,标签由加载在基板上的多个菱形贴片组成。设计的结构具有对称性,因而阅读器天线可以从任何方向读取其携带的信息。观测对应标签的雷达散射截面(RCS)曲线,谐振频率在FCC规定的3.1 GHz^10.6 GHz超宽带范围内。采用改进的矩阵束算法(MPM)提取谐振点,并运用提出的差分编码方法处理后,得出的结果证明了其具有较好的频率识别性。所设计的无芯标签可编码16 bit数据,与之前的无芯片标签相比具有较高的编码容量和更好的方向独立性,更适用于实际的需求。 This paper presents a new radio frequency identification(RFID) tag that based on frequency domain coding. This tag consists of a certain number of square patch resonators placed on a certain substrate. Due to the symmetry of its structure, the tag can be read from any orientation with the reader antennas. The Radar Cross Section( RCS) responding of the tag over the FCC authorizes UWB communications ranges from 3. 1 to 10. 6 GHz. A better frequency identification can be obtained after using the improved Ma-trix Pencil Method( MPM) to extract the resonance points and differential encoding algorithm analysis. Compared with the previous chipless RFID tags, a capacity of 16 bit can be reached. It has a relatively high coding capacity and better direction independent.It is more suitable for the current market demand.
