摘要 针对电阻探针在普光高含硫气田腐蚀监测系统应用中出现了大量本体焊接部位断裂、断面密封失效现象,测试分析显示高含硫、高压及高流速冲击震动导致焊缝腐蚀疲劳失效和密封材料老化失效。通过采用锻造态不锈钢棒料整体制造消除了电阻探针壳体的焊接,采用金属密封复合抗硫密封胶对测试片断面密封方式进行改进优化。现场应用表明,改进后的电阻探针不再出现断裂,密封失效现象大幅减少,使用寿命整体提高3倍以上。 A large number of body welding part frac- ture and sealing section failure phenomena were ob- served for resistance probes of corrosion monitoring system athigh sulfur content Puguang gas field. Analysis showed that the high sulfur content, high pressure and high velocity impact vibration caused weld corrosion fatigue failure and sealing material aging. resistance probe shell welding was eliminated by adopting overall manufacturing of forged stainless steel bar, and the sealing method was optimized by using metal sealing composite sulphur- resistant sealant. The field application showed that the improved resist- ance probe no longer break, the sealing failure phenomenon was greatly reduced, and the service life was more than three times higher.
