摘要
目的:根据国家有关法规和标准,调查某石油化工企业橡胶生产装置职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定职业病危害关键控制点,为加强企业职业健康监护和个体防护提供依据。方法:采用职业卫生调查法、检测检验法、工程分析法对工作场所职业病危害因素进行识别、分析和评价。结果:该企业职业病危害防护设施、职业卫生管理等方面基本符合相关标准规范要求。化学危害因素检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值要求,部分噪声检测结果不符合国家职业接触限值要求。结论:该项目属于职业病危害严重项目,在确保各类职业病防护设施有效运行、并采取控制职业病危害的补充措施前提下,超标岗位的职业病危害因素基本可得到有效控制。
Objective: According to the relevant nation- al regulations and standards, investigating the occupational hazard factors and degree in the rubber pro- duction unit of a petrochemical enterpriseand determining the critical control points of occupational hazards is necessary, in order to provide the basis for strengthening occupational health monitoring and in- dividual protection. Methods: The evaluation was conducted by occupational health investigation, occu-pational health inspection and engineering analysis. Results: The occupational health protection facilities- andthe occupational health management system in this chemical enterprise were in accordance with the rele- vant laws and standards. The chemical hazard factors all complied with the occupational exposure limits with a few exceptions for the noise level. Conclusion : The project was classified as "with serious occupational disease hazards". The occupational hazard factors in workplaces with hazard level exceeding exposure limits can only be controlled effectively if all kinds of protective and remedial measures are put into practice,
