长期服用益生菌防治结肠癌术后消化不良/腹泻的效果分析

Long-term Administration of Probiotics for Preventing&Treating Postoperative Dyspepsia and Diarrhea of the Patients with Colon Cancer:Efficacy Analysis

为探讨长期服用益生菌防治结肠癌术后消化不良/腹泻的效果,将2016年5月至2017年4月收治的56例结肠癌术后拟行化疗者进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例,观察组患者术后化疗期间立即给予双歧三联活菌胶囊口服,对照组不予双歧三联活菌胶囊口服,2组患者出现消化不良或腹泻症状时给予蒙脱石散口服。观察3个月,对比2组患者消化不良、腹泻发生率,以及发生消化不良、腹泻后的治疗效果。结果显示,观察组消化不良6例,腹泻3例,消化不良合并腹泻2例,总发生率为39.3%(11/28);对照组消化不良8例,腹泻9例,消化不良合并腹泻4例,总发生率为75.0%(21/28)。观察组消化不良/腹泻发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组的治疗总有效率(91.7%,11/12)明显高于对照组(42.9%,9/21),P<0.05。结果表明,结肠癌术后化疗期间长期服用益生菌可降低消化不良或腹泻发生率,发生消化不良或腹泻后在蒙脱石散治疗的基础上配合应用益生菌效果更好。

In order to explore the efficacy of long term administering probiotics for preventing ＆ treating postoperative dyspepsia and diarrhea, this study enrolled 56 patients with colon cancer who would receive postoperative chemotherapy and admitted in author＇s hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 yr. ,randomly divided them into observation group and control one, 28 cases for each, which the former was given bifidobacterium triplet-vaccine capsule for oral adminitration during chemotherapy at once, the latter was not given this capsule;when patients suffere from dyspepsia and diarrhea,just orally received montmoril- lonite powder, both were followed-up for 3 months;then compared the incidence of dyspepsia and diarrhea, as well as treatment effect of the symptoms between two groups.As results,in the former 6 cases suffered from dyspepsia,3 from diarrhea,2 from both symptoms, thus the total incidence was up to 39.3% （11/28）, in the latter correspondly 8 cases, 9,4 thus 75.0% （21/28）,the incidence of dyspepsia and diarrhea in for- mer was significantly lower than the latter（ P 〈0.05）;and the total curative rate in the former was signifi- cantly higher than in the latter （91.7%,11/12 vs 42.9%,7/21; P 〈0.05）.Results show that during chemo therapy long-term administration of probiotics can reduce incidence of dyspepsia and diarrhea;it has more better efficacy when complementary application of it based on administering montmorillonite powder after dyspepsia and diarrhea onset.
