舒适护理干预对肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛、心理及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Comfortable Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain,Emotion and Sleep Quality of Perianal Abscess Patients

为探讨舒适护理干预对肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛、心理及睡眠质量的影响,将2016年4月至2017年5月于我院接受手术治疗的60例肛周脓肿患者随机分为2组,各30例,一组术后实施常规护理(对照组),另一组在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理(观察组)。对比观察2组患者术后不同时段疼痛程度、焦虑程度及睡眠质量。结果显示,观察组术后4 h、12 h、24 h及48 h疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,睡眠质量方面各指标评分亦低于对照组,焦虑情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结果表明,实施舒适护理可有效缓解肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛程度,改善其焦虑情绪,提高其睡眠质量。

This study was to explore the influence of comfortable nursing intervention on postoperative pain,emotion and sleep quality of perianal abscess patients,randomly divided 60 patients who had received surgery for their perianal abscess in author＇s hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 yr. into control group and observation group, 30 cases for each,which control group received routine nursing after surgery, mean- while, based on routine nursing observation group was added comfortable nursing;then compared the pain degree, anxiety degree and sleep quality at different points between the two groups.As results, at 4,12,24 and 48 h after surgery in observation group the score on pain,on each indexes of sleep quality,and the sta- tus on anxiety were significantly lower,lower than and superior to that in control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that comfortable nursing can effectively alleviate their postoperative pain degree, improve their anxie- ty emotion,and uplift their sleep quality for perianal abscess patients.
