A Finite Element Analysis Case on Strength of Sightseeing Elevator Car Glass and Stainless Steel Fixings

利用ANSYS Workbench 17.0软件对观光电梯轿厢的玻璃及连接玻璃的不锈钢爪件进行强度有限元分析,得出静态载荷、维修工况载荷、导轨载荷3种工况下轿厢最危险的位置。根据分析结果提出了一些改进措施。

With the ANSYS Workbench 17 software, the strength finite element analysis of the glass of the sightseeing elevator car and the stainless steel fixings connected to the glass is carried out, and the most disadvantageous position of the car is obtained in cases of static load, the maintenance load and the guide load conditions. Some improvement measures are put forward according to the results of the analysis.
