居住小区场地特征使用分析研究——以曙光花园小区为例

A Study on the Usage and Characterization of Residential Quarter Features-A Case Study of Shuguang Garden Residential Community

不同的年龄层次、不同的环境、不同的地点、不同文化背景的居住小区居民拥有不同的休闲活动方式。而居住小区内各种活动得以展开、信息交流得以进行的先决条件是在小区内建立场地空间,居民在场地使用过程中进行社会生活。本文以北京曙光花园小区为调研案例,对居住小区内的场地特征使用进行初步分析研究。

As residents of residential quarters, different age groups, different environments, different loca- tions and different cultural backgrounds, they need different modes of leisure activities. The precondition for various activities within the residential community to be launched and information to be exchanged is to establish venues within communities for residents＇ social life. Therefore, based on the case study of Beijing Shuguang Garden Community, an analysis of the use of the venue characteristics is carried out.
