摘要
镀锌薄板在加工过程中出现起皱缺陷是一种常见的现象,特别是国内用低材质高用带来的问题尤为突出。对涟钢DX52D镀锌板出现的批量性冲压起皱缺陷成因进行了研究分析。结果表明:其根本原因是DX52D镀锌板抗时效性能差,在使用过程中产生了吕德斯带,产生了拉伸应变痕。为此,通过调整拉伸深度,及对DX52D钢化学成分和生产工艺进行了优化,彻底解决了该产品的冲压起皱缺陷。
Wrinkling is a common defect occurred during the processing of GI sheet,it is even more severe for the low quality material used for higher application performance.The cause of massive wrinkling defect happened in DX52D sheet was studied and analyzed.As it is shown,the main cause is that the anti-aging property of DX52D sheet is poor,Luders line and stretcher marks occurs during its application.Therefore,by adjusting stretching depth,and optimizing the chemistry and process route of DX52D,the wrinkling defect has been thoroughly solved.
