摘要
针对某热连轧生产线上使用高焦混合煤气的蓄热式加热炉存在自动燃烧控制效果差的问题,根据加热炉实际情况,优化了L1级、L2级控制系统,实现了全自动燃烧控制,使正常生产时的煤气消耗降低9.1%,氧化烧损降低0.11%。
Aimed at the poor effect of automatic combustion control system of a regenerative heating furnace using the fuel of blast-coke mixed gas in a hot strip plant,the L1 and L2 automatic control system were optimized.By realizing this full automatic combustion control,the gas consumption was reduced 9.1%,the loss rate of iron scale was decreased 0.11%.
