摘要
结合某热轧厂半连轧生产线上的飞剪控制原理,分析了飞剪在剪切过程中存在的问题以及对切损造成的影响。同时从激光测速仪的应用、热金属探测器(HMD)的检测精度改善以及现场工况条件的干扰预防等方面做了技术分析和措施落实,使中间坯头部剪切精度平均提高了48%,尾部剪切精度平均提高了72%,进而降低了产线金属损失,提高了热轧厂经济效益。
Based on the shearing principle of a flying shear in a hot strip rolling line,the existing problems and its effect on cutting loss were analyzed.By application of laser velocimetry,detection accuracy improvement of HMD and interference prevention of the working conditions,the head cutting precision increased average 48% and tail precision increased average 72%.And then,the metal loss was reduced and the economic benefit was improved of the hot rolling mill.
