中高碳钢焊接技术在冷连轧中的应用 被引量:3

Application of medium and high carbon steel welding technology in cold continuous rolling

摘要 通过现场试验,对比分析了常规手弧焊工艺与先经预热后经保温的新焊接工艺在65Mn带钢冷连轧过程中的焊缝状态。结果表明:经新工艺焊接后的带钢顺利完成了3个机架的冷连轧,没有断带。将此工艺延伸至40Mn、50钢、50CrVA等中高碳带钢的生产,冷轧效果都满足要求。 The welding qualities were contrasted by field test,which were conventional manual metal-arc welding and new welding method of preheating plus heat preservation after welding for 65Mn steel strip in cold rolling process.The test results showed that the strip welded by this new method could be fully continuously cold rolled by three mills,no strip breaking occurred.Also the good effects were reached by this new method for 40Mn,50 steel,50CrVA and other high carbon steels strip.
