类风湿所致周边角膜融解综合征一例
摘要
男性,69岁。因双眼红、痛伴异物感1个月余在当地医院诊为＂双眼免疫性角膜炎＂,行左眼病灶切除联合羊膜移植术,术后双眼点抗生素、皮质类固醇、抗免疫排斥眼液,口服皮质类固醇2周,剂量递减。术后5个月来北京同仁医院眼科,查视力右眼0.8,左眼眼前光感;左眼角膜中央白斑,周边多处穿孔,部分虹膜嵌顿（图1A）;右眼5点到9点颞侧角膜缘可见潜掘性溃疡至后弹力层（图1B）,角巩膜缘可见新生血管。全身查体：右手指尺侧偏斜.
