China's Proposed Solutions for Global Human Rights Governance

全球人权治理面临着贫困、战乱、冲突、地区动荡及政治干预等因素的挑战。人类命运共同体理念的提出为全球人权治理改革与创新提供了中国方案,这一方案已经得到了国际社会的广泛认可,并被写入了联合国的相关决议。在全球人权治理内涵方面,人类命运共同体理念在人权主体上强调人类整体,在人权内容上强调共同安全与共同发展,在人权本质上强调共同利益与共同价值,在人权实现上强调共同义务与共建共赢。在全球人权治理路径方面,人权命运共同体理念主张生存发展为条件,以和平安全为前提,在尊重和保障各国主权基础上促进全球人权治理。

Global human fights governance is facing complicated challenges such as poverty, chaos, conflicts, regional turbulence and political intervention. The concept of a community of shared future for mankind provided a Chinese approach to the reform and innovation of global human fights governance, which has been widely recognized by the international community and has been written into the relevant resolutions of the United Nations. In the path of global human fights governance, the concept of a commu- nity of shared future for mankind taking human＇s survival and development as the basic condition, peace and security as the premise, and it has been devoted to promote global human fights governance on the basis of respect for and protection of the sovereignty of all countries.
