“新时代中国人权事业的发展”研讨会学术观点综述

A Synthesis of View points on the Symposium on the Progress of Human Rights Development in the New Era in China

由中国人权研究会和中共广东省委宣传部主办,广州大学人权研究院承办的"新时代中国人权事业的发展"研讨会于2017年12月19日在广州召开。来自全国二十余所高校、科研机构的专家学者和来自十余个国家部委的代表参加了本次研讨会。会议围绕"习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的人权内涵""十八大以来中国人权事业的发展""新时代中国人权事业发展愿景"和"构建人类命运共同体与世界人权事业的发展"等议题展开了深入讨论。本文记录了与会代表在研讨会中所阐述的若干重要观点。

The Symposium on the Progress of Human Rights Development in the New Era in China was jointly hosted by China Society for Human Rights Studies and the Propaganda Department of the Guangdong Provincial Central Committee of the CPC, and organized by the Guangzhou University Institute for Human Rights in Guangzhou on 19 December 2017. Scholars and experts from more than 20 universities and institutes, as well as delegates from over 10 ministries and commissions under the State Council participated in the said Symposium. The Symposium was developed around the following four themes： The Human Rights Connotation in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, The Progress of Human Rights Development in China after the 18th Congress of CPC was held, The Prospective of Human Rights Development in the New Era in China, as well as The Construction of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind and the Progress of the Human Rights Development of the World. The Paper is a record of the important opinions articulated on the Symposium.
