摘要
核心素养与教师课程领导力具有实现目标的一致性,实现主体的共同性,落实途径的同一性。核心素养的落实需要教师课程领导力作为支撑,教师课程领导力的提升可在核心素养的课程与教学过程中实现,二者相辅相成,互为支持。核心素养的落实要求教师具有课程意识力、课程开发力、课程设计力和课程实施力。教师课程领导力的回归要唤醒教师课程领导力意识,要转变教师课程领导力观念,要给予教师展现课程领导力的机会。教师课程领导力的提升要强化教师专业能力以激发内在动力,要调整课程事务以提升实践智慧,要提供人力支持以搭建实践平台。
The core competence and teacher 's curriculum leadership are consistent in goal,common in the subject realization,and unified on implementation. The implementation of core competence needs teacher 's curriculum leadership as a support,and the improvement of teacher's curriculum leadership can be realized in the core competence curriculum and teaching process. One complements and supports the other. The implementation of core competence requires teachers to have curriculum awareness,curriculum development,curriculum design and curriculum implementation. The regress of teacher's curriculum leadership is to awaken teacher's awareness of curriculum leadership,to change the concept of teacher 's curriculum leadership, to give teachers the opportunity to demonstrate curriculum leadership. The promotion of teacher's curriculum leadership,teacher's professional abilities should be strengthened to stimulate internal motivation. Curricular activities should be adjusted to enhance practical wisdom. Human support should be provided to build a practical platform.
