The Cultivation of Philosophical Competence in Teaching of Educational Philosophy

摘要 教育哲学研究人才的培养主要在教育学专业的研究生阶段,其中教育哲学课程的教学是重要途径。教育哲学研究需要一定的哲学素养,涵养哲学素养是教育哲学教学需要实现的重要目标。根据哲学与教育哲学的关系,哲学素养可分为三个层次,即哲学态度与精神、哲学方法、哲学理论,这三个层次也成为实现哲学素养培养的三个分目标。依据哲学与教育本身的特质,要实现培养哲学素养的目标,教师应以问题为核心,激发师生、生生之间的对话,帮助学生厘清思路和观点,揭示思想形成的过程。 The cultivation of talents of educational philosophy is mainly in the stage of graduate years. The teaching of educational philosophy is an important way. Studying educational philosophy needs philosophical competence,the important goal of the teaching of educational philosophy. Between philosophy and educational philosophy,philosophical competence can be divided into three levels, namely, the attitude and spirit of philosophy,philosophical methodology,philosophical theory. The three levels have become the three teaching objectives of philosophical competence. On the basis of philosophy itself, to cultivate of philosophical competence,teachers should take problems as the core,stimulate dialogue between students and teachers,students and students so as to help students clarify ideas and viewpoints and to revealing the process of ideological formation.
