Experimental Research for the Effect of Supply Condition Restoring Heat Treatment to the Properties of Welding Joints

阐述加工成形的受压元件恢复材料性能热处理方法。模拟拼板加工成形的受压元件的焊接、热成形及恢复材料供货状态的热处理试验,验证恢复材料供货状态的热处理对拼板的焊接接头性能的影响,为拼板后加工成形的受压元件的制造工艺提供可参考的技术支持。

The property restoring heat treatment method for machined pressure parts is described. The simulating tests for welding, hot forming and property restoring heat treatment are performed for the machined pressure parts with welded split plates to verify the effect of property restoring heat treatment to the properties of welding joints, so as to provide reliable support to the processes for machining of the pressure parts with welded split plates.
