组合式塔器的强度计算

摘要 塔器是化工设备中重要的组成单元,塔器的设计对化工生产有着重要的影响,同时塔器的设计是一门专业性、技术性和知识性很强的工作,由于化工塔器的应用面广,使用量大,并且涉及到的工业部门多,因此从理论到实践、从科研到生产均有许多问题有待深入探讨和解决。本文介绍了利用SW6-2011强度计算软件对一种组合式塔器进行强度计算的方法,详细阐述了计算过程,并通过ANSYS建模进行应力分析,验证计算结果的正确性和可靠性,利用本文中介绍的计算方法解决了此类特殊塔器的强度计算问题。 The columns is an important unit in chemical equipment, the design of columns has an important influence on the chemical production, and meanwhile the design of the columns is a professional, technical and knowledgeable work. due to columns for chemical industries has a wide range of applications, large amount of use, and many industrial sectors involved., so from theory to practice, from research to production have many problems to be discussed and solved. This article introduces the use of strength calculation software ‘SW6-2011' for calculation method of unitized columns, expounds the calculating process in detail, and use the ANSYS to stress analysis for verify the calculation results. The calculation method introduced in this article solves the problem of calculating the strength of such special columns.
