总体国家安全观是全球化时代提出的国家安全新理念。总体国家安全观以人民安全为宗旨，以政；台安全为根本，以经济安全为基础，以军事、文化、社会安全为保障，以促进国际安全为依托，五位一体，清晰地反映了国家安全的内在逻辑关系，是全球化时代国家安全的大思路。总体国家安全观既是一种全面系统、注重统筹的新型国家安全观，蕴含着富有中国特色的国家安全价值理念、工作思路和机制路径，又是一个不断发展的开放型国家安全思想理论体系。总体国家安全观的提出，是国家安全理论的创新和升华，是做好国家安全工作的总纲，对走出一条中国特色国家安全道路具有重要的指导意义。当前，我国的传统国家安全和非传统国家安全均面临多种挑战，这需要我们以总体国家安全观为指导，全面维护国家安全的各个领域，为实现中国梦提供坚强有力的安全保障。

The overall national security concept is a new national security concept proposed in the era of globalization. It is intended to improve people＇s security; takes political security as the foundation; is based on economic security and guaranteed by the military, cultural, and social security; focuses on promoting international security; consists of a five-in-one system; clearly reflects the intrinsic logic of national security; and is a great idea for national security in the era of globalization. The overall national security concept is not only a comprehensive and systematic new model of national security with an emphasis on co-ordination and contains a national security value concept, working ideas, and a mechanism pathway with Chinese characteristics, but is also an evolving open national security theory system. The overall national security concept is an innovation and improvement of the national security theory. It is an overall program for doing the national security work well and has important guiding significance for taking the national security road with Chinese characteristics. At present, China＇s traditional national security and non-traditional national security both face multiple challenges. This requires us to take the overall national security concept as a guide, fidly safeguard all respects of national security; and provide strong security guarantees for the realization of the Chinese dream.
