利用2006—2015年71个国家的跨国面板数据,研究了知识产权保护对技术进口贸易的影响。结果发现:就全球样本而言,知识产权保护对技术进口贸易额的影响呈现出倒U形的关系。对发达国家样本与发展中国家样本分别进行研究,结果发现:对于发展中国家和发达国家,知识产权保护对技术贸易的影响并不相同。具体而言,知识产权保护对发展中国家的技术进口贸易额存在着正向的影响,而对发达国家却不存在着显著的影响。利用差分GMM估计,发现技术贸易存在着较强的动态依赖性。

Adopting the panel data of 71 economies around the world from 2006 to 2015,this paper analyzes the influence of intellectual property rights protection on technology import. The result reveals that with regard to the global samples,the impact of intellectual property rights protection on technology import presents an inverted＂U＂shape. Then this paper studies the samples of developed economies and the developing economies separately and finds that the effect of intellectual property rights protection on technology import is different between them. Specifically,intellectual property rights protection has a positive influence on developing economies＇ technology import while this relationship for developed economies is not significant. When adopting difference GMM,it is estimated that there is a strong dynamic dependence in technology trade.
