分段槽式太阳能聚光器参数优化及性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 聚光器是太阳能聚光集热系统的核心部件之一。分段槽式太阳能聚光器因其具有较小的风阻,较低的镜面高度,同时可达到较高的聚光倍数而具有广泛的应用前景。针对影响分段槽式聚光器聚光性能的跨度、安装高度及抛物反射面远离中心线一端在XY平面上纵坐标值b共3个因素进行了理论分析及试验验证。结果表明,随着聚光器跨度增大,聚光比也会随之增大,跨度一定后,聚光比基本保持不变;聚光器跨度与焦距一定,随着b值增加,聚光比也随之增大;聚光器安装高度以及b值一定,跨度对聚光比的影响不大。通过试验系统分析计算,该类型聚光器在实现较高倍数聚光时可保证较高的集热效率。研究参数可为分段槽式太阳能聚光器的设计提供一定的理论基础。 Condenser is one of important parts in solar heating system. Sectional trough solar concentrator has wide application prospect because of its small wind resistance,low mirror height and high concentrated multiple. Three factors of installation height,condenser span and parabolic reflector in XY plane away from center line of end ordinate value b that affect focusing performance of sectional trough solar concentrator were analyzed in theory and experiment. Results showed that as span of condenser increased,condensing ratio would increase,after a certain span,concentration ratio basically remained unchanged. When condenser span and focal length were certain,with increased of b,concentration ratio also increased. When condenser installation height and b were certain,effect of span on concentration ratio was not obvious. Through analysis and calculation of test system,sectional trough solar concentrator could guarantee higher heat collection efficiency in achieving higher multiples. Research parameters could provide theoretical basis for further sectional trough solar concentrator design.
