摘要
阐述了圆草捆打捆机的基本结构及工作原理,对其关键部件齿轮箱的壳体进行了力学分析,利用SolidWorks Simulation软件对齿轮箱壳体进行有限元分析,获得了壳体的应力和安全系数分析图。分析结果表明:最大受力点在上安装面的加强筋根部,最大受力为2.54×10~8N,受力最大点的安全系数为1.22。齿轮箱壳体安全系数不宜过小,应在3~5范围内选取,因此应加强上侧加强筋,或选用抗拉强度更高的材料。确定了可以进行轻简化设计的壳体部分,既优化了齿轮箱结构又使其满足齿轮传递功率要求。
Basic structure and working principle of round baler were expounded. Gear box was a key component of round baler,its mechanical characteristics was analyzed,stress and safety coefficient of gear case were obtained by finite element analysis based on Solid Works Simulation. Analysis results showed that maximum stress point was 2. 54 × 10~8 N,at reinforcing rib root of upper mounting surface,safety coefficient of maximum stress point was 1. 22. Gear box shell safety coefficient should not be too small,it should be selected in range of 3 ~ 5,so reinforcing rib or material strength should be strengthened. A shell part that allows for light simplified design was determined,structure of gear box was optimized,and it could satisfy transmission power requirement.
