一种过硫酸氢钾复合盐泡腾片相关性能试验研究

Experimental study on related properties of a potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate effervesce tablets

目的研究一种过硫酸氢钾复合盐泡腾片的杀菌效果及其安全性。方法将过硫酸氢钾复合盐泡腾片制成不同浓度的水溶液,在实验室条件下进行悬液定量杀菌试验及其相关研究。结果含0.5 g/L的过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用10 min,对黑曲霉菌作用20 min,杀灭对数值均符合要求;含5 g/L的该消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10 min,细菌可完全杀灭;将含1 g/L的过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液用于皮肤及其眼刺激性试验,刺激值评分均为0,将含1 g/L的过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液对制药洁净车间万级区环境物体表面作用10 min,自然菌平均杀灭率为99.88%,含1 g/L的过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液对A3钢和黄铜中度腐蚀,对铝轻度腐蚀,对不锈钢基本无腐蚀。结论过硫酸氢钾复合盐泡腾片具有广谱、高效的杀菌特点,使用浓度具有安全性,应用前景良好。

Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate effervesce tablets. Methods The packaged potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate effervesce tablets were made into solution,and then study of quantitative germicidal experiments and related test were performed under laboratory conditions. Results The disinfect ant containing available 0. 5 g/L potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate was used for 10 min for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,20 min for Aspergillus niger,and the killing logarithm value was satisfied. The Bacillus subtilis var. niger spore was completely killed when exposed to disinfectant with potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate 5 g/L for 10 min.When the disinfectant containing potassium monopersulfate 1 g/L used for skin and eye irritation test,the scores of irritation were 0. When the disinfectant containing potassium monopersulfate 1 g/L used for cleaning sueface of Pharmaceutical Workshop 10 000 class area for 10 min,the killing rate of natural bacteria reached 99. 88%. The metal corrosion test of disinfectant contained potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate 1 g/L showed moderate corrosion to A3 steel and brass,mild corrosion to aluminum,and basically no corrosion to stainless steel. Conclusion The potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate effervesce tablet has broad-spectrum bactericidal and safe characteristics,and has very good application prospects.
