摘要
目的了解手术室不同状态下空气微生物质量状况。方法采用空气采样器法,于2007-2016年对山东省部分医院手术室进行空气微生物监测。结果手术室浮游菌合格率为62.99%,三级医院手术室中心区合格率(81.10%)高于二级医院(68.31%);Ⅲ级手术室浮游菌合格率(81.82%)高于Ⅰ级(38.46%)和普通手术室合格率(56.67%)。中心区及周边区浮游菌在不同级别手术室间差异具有统计学意义。不同状态下各级别手术室中心区与周边区浮游菌差异无统计学意义。结论手术室空气微生物质量合格率偏低,应引起相关部门的足够重视。
Objective To know the status of the microbiological quality of the air in the laminar flow operating theatres.Methods The airborne bacterial sampling method was used to monitor the air bacterial counts in some of the operating theatres in Shandong province form 2007 to 2016. Results The qualified rates of the airborne bacterial colony counts of the laminar flow operating theatres was 62. 99% and the qualified rates of the class-three hospitals( 81. 10%) was higher than that of the class-two hospitals( 68. 31%). Similarly,the qualified rates of the laminar flow operating theatres of gradeⅢ( 81. 82%) was higher than that of grade Ⅰ( 38. 41%) and traditional operation rooms( 56. 67%). There was significant difference in the qualified rates of the surrounding area and the central area in different grade operation rooms. There was no difference of the bacterial colony counts between the central and surrounding area in different grade operating theatres under different condition. Conclusion The microbiological quality of the air in the operating theatres is low and should be paid more attention to the question.
