广东省部分医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌器性能监测执行现状调查

Investigation on current situation of steam sterilizer monitoring of part health institutions in Guangdong province

目的了解医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌器使用中性能监测执行状况,为进一步规范其监管提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,对广东省部分医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌器使用现状进行调查与分析。结果调查覆盖全省共计185家各级医疗机构,其中有30.81%的医疗机构执行定期监测制度;但能够按规范要求的全项目监测的医疗机构仅占10.52%。有58.38%的医疗机构认为应该由第三方机构执行定期监测;有52.17%的设备工程师认为医疗机构的定期监测内容仅限于"常用灭菌周期满载的温度均匀性或渗透性测试"。结论医疗机构使用中的压力蒸汽灭菌器监测执行率较低,相关监测知识和规范需要加强培训和监管力度。

Objective To understand the execution status of performance monitoring on sterilizers in operation,so as to provide evidences for optimizing the regulation. Methods The questionnaires were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of sterilizer operation management in some health institutions in Guangdong province. Results In total 185 healthcare facilities different tiers were covered by the survey. 30. 81% carried out the periodic monitoring while only10. 52% of the above hospitals executed the whole items periodic monitoring that complying the regulation. 58. 38% agreed these periodic monitoring tests should be executed by authorized third body. 52. 17% of all responding service engineers thought that only ＂temperature mapping or heat penetration test of most frequently used sterilization cycle with full load condition＂need to be performed during this periodic monitoring phase. Conclusion The execution of performance monitoring tests on sterilizers in operation is relatively low in health institutions. Further training of knowledge of periodic monitoring and regulation are required.
