重庆市养老机构护理员手卫生现况调查分析

Investigation on status of hand hygiene among the nursing assistants of nursing facilities in Chongqing

目的了解养老机构护理员手卫生知识、为态度和行为现状,为制定养老机构护理员手卫生培训计划提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的《养老院护理员手卫生知信行问卷》以调查问卷法对重庆市7家养老机构260名护理员进行调查。结果养老机构护理员的手卫生知识、态度和行为得分处于低位水平,分别为42.3±16.93、48.0±16.80和51.5±17.28;不同学历、工龄的护理员在手卫生知识、态度、行为及总分方面存在差异。结论养老机构护理员的手卫生知识、态度、行为现状不容乐观,应针对性地完善养老机构护理员手卫生培训计划,减少养老机构院内感染发生。

Objective To explore knowledge,attitude and practice status of hand hygiene among the nursing assistants in nursing facilities in Chongqing. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 260 nursing assistants in seven nursing facilities. Results The mean score of knowledge,attitude and practice are 42. 3 ± 16. 93,48. 0 ± 16. 80 and51. 5 ± 17. 28,respectively,which was at the low level. The knowledge,attitude and practice among nurse assistants with different educational background and work age showed statistical significance. Conclusion The nursing assistants in nursing facilities are in lack of hand hygiene knowledge,attitude and practice,and improvement should be made accordingly.
