摘要
结合香精香料生产设备实际清洗流程和GB5750.4—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法感官性状和物理指标》,建立了亚甲蓝分光光度法测定生产设备洗涤剂残留的方法,可用于制定设备清洗方法的参考和对日常洗涤剂残留的监测。
According to standard of GB5750.4 — 2006 "standard examination methods for drinking water-organoleptic and physical parameters" and considerving the specificity of clean process for the facilities, a methylene blue-spectrophotometry detection method for detergent residue in flavors and fragrances manufacturing facilities had been established. The method can be used as a reference for developing new clean method and a ready-made method for monitoring detergent residue routinely.
