女性犯罪嫌疑人的心理特征及审讯对策研究

近年来,关于女性犯罪的研究已成为学界关注的热点。资料显示,女性犯罪占比在不断增加,其隐蔽性也不断增强;在有女性参与的团伙犯罪中,女性的作用愈加突出,女性累犯的比率也逐年上升。然而,关于女性犯罪嫌疑人的审讯策略研究却相对匮乏,难以解决日益增长的女性犯罪率与低效的女性犯罪嫌疑人审讯工作之间的矛盾。研究女性犯罪的现状、女性犯罪的心理以及女性犯罪的社会危害性,将有助于我们更好地把握女性犯罪的特征,更好地分析和评估女性在审讯过程中的心理特点和供述障碍,从而调整和改进针对女性犯罪嫌疑人的审讯对策。

In recent years, research on female crime has become a hot topic in academic circles. As data shows that the trend of women＇s crime keeps rising, and the concealment of women＇s crime is still increasing. Women＇s role in gang crime is becoming more prominent, and women＇s rate of recidivism is increasing also year by year. Meanwhile the re- search on interrogation tactics of female suspects is relatively lacking, this is not conducive to resolving the conflict be- tween the increasing rate of female crime and the inefficient interrogation practice of female suspects. Research the stat- us and psychology of female crime, as well as its social harmfulness, will help us to grasp the connotation of female cri- me better, to analyze and evaluate the psychological characteristics and confession obstacle of women in the process of interrogation better, so as to adjust and improve the interrogation tactics of female suspect.
