摘要
VBA技术在EDA验证领域的应用,极大地提高了芯片前端逻辑开发的工作效率。本文通过VBA技术,对以VMM验证方法学为基础的数据结构、寄存器测试代码进行了可视化程序设计,实现了EDA验证中测试激励的自动化生成,并在项目中进行了实践。
VBA technology application Is used in EDA Verification that has widely improved the efficiency of IC logic design flow. For complicated data structures tests and register tests codes based VMM verification method, we desig- ned the automatic tools for test case code in EDA verification by VBA and implemented in IC designation.
