该研究收集了智联招聘、前程无忧两大国内知名招聘网站上有关需求分析/系统分析人才招聘的相关信息,从求职者较为关注的工作地点、工资收入、行业特征、公司性质、岗位技能、综合能力要求等几方面总结了需求分析/系统分析人才的社会需求现状,旨在为高校相关专业的人才培养及相关人员的自我能力养成提供参考。
Taking the recruitment information of requirement analyst and system analyst from China＇ s famous recruitment websites such as Zhaopin. com and 51job. corn, some key fields, include of company location, job monthly salary, industry categorization, company nature, job skill, and capability requirements, etc., are analyzed, the current demand status of requirement analyst and system analyst are given.
