加味二至丸对绝经后女性高血压患者的影响

Effect of Modified Erzhi Pills on Hypertension of Postmenopausal Women

【目的】观察加味二至丸对绝经后女性高血压患者雌激素、血脂、内皮功能的影响。【方法】将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片和厄贝沙坦片联合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味二至丸颗粒(由淫羊藿、女贞子、墨旱莲等组成)治疗,疗程4周。观察2组患者治疗前后血清雌二醇(E2)、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平的变化情况。【结果】干预4周后,2组患者的E2水平均无明显变化(P>0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组的TC、TG水平显著下降(P<0.05),NO水平显著上升而ET-1水平显著下降(P<0.05)。【结论】加味二至丸可能通过拟雌激素样作用改善绝经后女性高血压患者的血管内皮功能和降低TC、TG的水平。

Objective To study the effect of Modified Erzhi Pills on estrogen, blood lipids, and endothelial function of postmenopausal hypertension women. Methods Sixty cases of postmenopausal hypertension women were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with both of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets and Irbesartan Tablets orally. And additionally,the treatment group was given oral use of Modified Erzhi Pills（mainly composed of Herba Epimedii, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Herba Ecliptae）. The treatment covered 4 weeks. The changes of serum levels of estradiol（E2）, nitric oxide（NO）,endothelin-1（ET-1）,total cholesterol（TC）and triglyceride（TG）in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment for 4 weeks,E2 level in the two groups showed no obvious changes（P〉0.05）. However,TC and TG levels in the treatment group were markedly decreased,NO was increased and ET-1 level was decreased as compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Erzhi Pills are effective on improving endothelial function and decreasing TC and TG levels of postmenopausal hypertension women through estrogen-like effect.
