从“向西方学习”到贡献“中国方案”:中华民族的伟大飞跃

From Learning from the West to Contribute to China's Plans:the Great Leap of the Chinese Nation

自十八大以来,习近平同志在多场合谈到"中国方案"问题,十九大报告中更是明确提出,要为解决人类问题贡献"中国方案"。回顾过去170多年的历史,中国从鸦片战争后走上学习西方、模仿西方发展模式的道路。期间几经挫折,终于创造性地形成了中国特色的社会主义理论、道路和制度,实现了从富起来到强起来的历史性转变。中国的发展经验被概括为"中国模式"、"中国方案"。相比较争议不断的且从未被主要国家领导人公开使用的"中国模式","中国方案"不仅以其富有说服力的实践成果强有力地支撑了中国特色社会主义的制度自信、道路自信,且以其"公平共享"、"合作共赢"的人类命运体关怀,赢得了广泛认可。至此,从"学习西方"到贡献"中国方案"——从输入到输出发展经验,中华民族实现了伟大飞跃。

Since the 18 th CPC national congress,comrade Xi Jinping has spoken about China＇s plans on multiple occasions. And in the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,he has made it clear that he wants to contribute to China＇s plans to human problems. Looking back to the past 170 years＇ history,China has embarked on the path of learning the west after the Opium War and imitating the western model of development. During this period,China experienced many setbacks and finally formed a socialist theory,road and system creatively with Chinese characteristics,and even realized the historic transformation from the rich to the strong. China ＇s development experience is summarized as the Chinese model and China ＇s plans. Compared with the Chinese model which has never been openly used by main leaders and is controversy,the China＇s plans not only support the confidence of system and road with Chinese characteristics in its persuasive and powerful practical results but also win widespread recognition with its fair share,win-win cooperation of human destiny community care. Since then,the Chinese nation has made a great leap from learning the west to contribute to China＇s plans——from exporting to importing and developing experience.
