“一带一路”背景下国有企业金融风险与防控研究

Research on State-Owned Enterprises' Financial Risk and Prevention under Vision of “The Belt and Road Initiative”

我国企业国际化进程中,国有企业扮演重要角色,"一带一路"为国有企业国际化搭建了新的平台。国有企业国际化的过程,不仅是企业拓展海外业务、参与国际竞争的过程,更是深化国有企业改革的重要途径。沿线国家金融风险潜在性高,不当的风险防控会分散管理者精力、增加企业成本,从而影响企业国际化成败。文章从当前国有企业参与"一带一路"建设面临的金融风险入手,立足于我国国有企业自身特点,结合案例分析金融风险形成的主要、外部以及根本原因,提出在继续深化国有企业改革、完善现代企业制度的基础上,还需结合"一带一路"金融风险以及国有企业特殊性,从宏观、中观、微观完善"中国化"全面风险管理理论,同时积极探索符合当下需求的金融风险管理新方法、新途径。

State-owned enterprises play an important role in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises. ＂The belt and road initiative＂is a new platform for the internationalization of state-owned enterprises. The process of the internationalization of state-owned enterprises is not only the process of expanding overseas business,participating in international competition,but also the important way to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises. The potential of financial risk in the countries and regions is very high. The improper prevention and control methods will disperse the managers＇ energy and increase the enterprise cost,so as to affect the success or failure of the enterprise internationalization. Based on the characteristics of state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes the main,external and basic reasons of financial risk,and points out that we should deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,improve the modern enterprise system,and combine the particularity of＂the belt and road initiative＂financial risk from macro,medium,micro,＂Chinese＂comprehensive risk management system,at the same time actively explore new financial risk management methods and new approaches to meet the needs of the moment.
