特高压线路大吨位绝缘子挂网运行情况分析

Analysis on Operation of Large Tonnage Insulators on UHV Transmission Lines

为了解特高压交直流线路大吨位绝缘子的使用情况,面向富有特高压线路运维经验的14个省、市、自治区,在资料收集和实际考察的基础上,对大吨位绝缘子的挂网及运行情况进行了全面的分析。结果分析表明:大吨位瓷质绝缘子中耐张串使用数远多于悬垂串,吨位等级550 kN使用数远多于吨位等级420 kN使用数,且串型主要是三联串;大吨位玻璃绝缘子中悬挂类型均为耐张串,550 kN等级的绝缘子数量约为420 kN的4倍;对瓷、玻璃和复合绝缘子而言,绝缘子的主要故障类型分别为低零值、自爆和破损等。分析结论可应用于评估全国范围内在运大吨位绝缘子挂网运行情况和指导特高压交、直流线路安全稳定运行。

In order to understand usage of large tonnage insulators on the ultra-high voltage（UHV）transmission lines,this paper collects and investigates data and information of 14 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions with rich experiences in operation and maintenance of UHV transmission lines and analyzes operation of large tonnage insulators in the round.The analysis results indicate the strain string insulators in the large tonnage porcelain insulators are much more than the suspension string insulators,the amount of insulators with 550 kN tonnage level is larger than the amount of insulator with420 kN tonnage level,and the most of large tonnage porcelain insulators are triple string insulators.Suspension types of the large tonnage glass insulators are all the strain strings and the number of 550 kN tonnage level insulators is four times that of 420 kN tonnage level insulators.To the porcelain insulator,the glass insulator and the composite insulator,the main failure types include low zero failure,self-destruction failure,damaged failure,and so on.The analysis conclusion can be used for assessing operation situations of the large tonnage insulators all over the country and guiding safe and stable operation of the UHV AC/DC transmission lines.
