电动汽车充电设施接入配电网的最优布点规划 被引量:26

摘要 目前电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)有序充电技术尚未成熟,在未来较长一段时期里,EV仍处于随机充电状态。由于EV充电行为的密集性和随机性,必然会对配电网产生较为显著的影响。为了研究EV无序充电对配电网的影响,首先通过统计EV历史出行数据拟合得到日行驶里程及起始充电时间概率模型,建立EV充电负荷模型,利用蒙特卡洛模拟法进行负荷预测;然后根据得到的EV充电负荷,以IEEE33节点系统为基础,对充电设施不同布点位置对电网的节点电压、网络损耗等的影响进行仿真分析;最后提出有利于配电网运行的充电设施规划建议。 Vehicle-to-grid(V2 G)technology is not yet mature at present,and the electric vehicle(EV)will still remain in random charging state for a long time.Intensiveness and randomness of EVs' charging behavior is to certainly have significant effect on the distribution network.In order to study the effect of EVs' disordered charging on the distribution network,this paper firstly obtains the daily mileage and initial charging time probabilistic model by fitting according to historical travel data of EVs,builds the EV charging load model and uses the Monte Carlo simulation method for load forecasting.Then,according to EV charging load curves,and based on IEEE33-node system,it analyzes effects of different stationing locations of charging facilities on node voltage,network loss of the power grid by simulation.Finally,it proposes planning suggestions in favor of operation of the distribution network.
