玛咖次生代谢物提取分离研究进展(下)

摘要 玛咖因含有重要的次生代谢物而具有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗癌、抗炎、抗病毒和提高免疫力、增强生育力等生理功能。但关于玛咖次生代谢物提取分离的系统报道几乎没有,严重制约着玛咖的研究、生产和相关产品的开发。综述了国内外有关玛咖次生代谢物的提取分离方法,包括玛咖生物碱、玛咖酰胺及玛咖甾醇,介绍了玛咖质量评价标准的建设,探讨了今后的研究方向和未来趋势,为玛咖资源开发利用提供科学性指导。 Because of containing important secondary metabolites,Maca(Lepidium meyenii Walp.) has many physiological functions,such as anti-fatigue,anti-oxidation,anti-cancer,anti-inflammation,anti-virus,immune enhancement,and fertility improvement. However,there are few reports about the extraction and isolation of secondary metabolites in Maca,which seriously restricts the research,production,and related products development of Maca. We review the extraction and isolation methods of secondary metabolites in Maca at home and abroad,including alkaloids,macamides,and Maca sterol. Furthermore,we introduce the construction of quality evaluation standard,and discuss the research directions and future trends,which provides a scientific guidance for the development and utilization of Maca.
