摘要
2014年启动的高考综合改革强化了高中学业水平考试(以下简称"学考")的功能、明确了其定位,相应地对学考提出了更高的要求。黑龙江省是建立学考制度较早的省份之一,多年来学考对考查学生知识掌握起到了积极的推动作用,对高中教育教学起到了一定的监测和规范作用,但目前还存在价值认识偏差、体系不健全、组织管理不完善等问题。为使学考更具发展性,需要在等级考赋分办法、学生发展性评价报告、考试形式等方面实现学考评价功能增值发展新目标。
The comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination started in 2014 has strengthened the function of academic proficiency test and specified its position and given standards of higher level. Heilongjiang Province is one of the earliest province, where the system of academic proficiency test has been founded. For many years, academic proficiency test has played a positive role in examining students' knowledge, and monitoring as well as standardizing senior high school teaching. However, there are still some problems, such as deviation of value cognition, imperfect system and unsound management. To make academic proficiency test developing, we need to realize the improvement of its function with the help of the rank scoring, the development report of students and the form of examination.
