摘要 皮肤是直接暴露于日光紫外线照射的人类器官,紫外线的照射可导致皮肤的多种损伤,如光老化以及各种皮肤肿瘤。重复的细胞光损伤是导致皮肤光老化的基础。研究发现,紫外线辐射于人体皮肤发生氧化应激反应,产生的活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROS)是导致细胞光损伤的主要原因。Nrf 2在很多与氧化应激反应相关的病变中均发挥重要的防御保护作用,Nrf2缺失或激活障碍会增加细胞对紫外线辐射的敏感性,而加重细胞的光损伤以及光老化。该文综述了Nrf2基因在光损伤以及光老化中的重要保护作用。 The skin may be directly affected by ultraviolet irradiation, and ultraviolet radiation can cause a variety of skin damage, including photoaging and a variety of skin cancer. Continuous cell photo-damage is the basis of skin aging. Studies have shown that: oxidative stress response induced by ultraviolet radiation in human skin, which results in the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS) is the main cause of cell light damage. Nrf2 plays an important defense role in many lesions associated with oxidative stress response. Nrf2 deletion or activation disorder increases the sensitivity of cells to ultraviolet radiation, and increases light damage and photoaging of cells. This paper reviews the important protective effects of Nrf2 gene on light damage and photoaging.
