超脉冲CO_2激光治疗108例睑黄瘤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on ultrapulse CO_2 laser in the treatment of 108 cases of xanthelasma palpebrarum

目的评价超脉冲CO_2激光治疗睑黄瘤的疗效及安全性。方法总结睑黄瘤108例的临床资料,包括性别、年龄、发病部位、既往史等。采用超脉冲CO_2激光治疗,能量0.5~3W;1个月后复查,疗效不佳者再次治疗直到皮损消退。结果患者发病年龄以40~60岁中老年居多,发病部位主要为上眼睑,45.4%伴有高血脂;超脉冲CO_2激光治疗睑黄瘤的1次治愈率为96.3%,总治愈率为100%,24%的患者出现了+^++级的瘢痕,3个月后随访无复发。结论超脉冲CO_2激光治疗睑黄瘤安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrapulse CO2 laser in the treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum（XP）. Methods The clinical data of 108 cases of XP including gender, age, location, history etc was recorded. All the patients were treated by ultrapulse CO2 laser with fluences of 0.5 W to 3 W. The patients with poor efficacy were retreated until skin lesions completely subsided, and the interval of treatment was 1 month. Results The upper eyelids were the most commonly affected sites, mostly occurred in elder people in the age of 40 to 60 years old, and dyslipidemia was founded in 45.4% of the patients. The cure rate after one treatment session was 96.3%, the total cure rate was 100%. 24% of the patients presented mild to moderate scars and no relapse happened during follow-up of 3 months. Conclusion The ultrapulse CO2 laser is an effective, low-risk method for the treatment of XP.
