摘要
无托槽隐形矫治技术是3D打印技术与口腔正畸学融合产生的新技术,它的诞生极大地满足了人们对于牙齿正畸美观、舒适的需求。总结了无托槽隐形矫治的一般流程,对其关键技术——矫治软件及其相关算法进行了深入分析:总结与归纳了数字化牙颌模型的重构、牙齿数字模型的分割与修复、虚拟排牙3个重点方面的研究进展,指出了目前的研究热点。在充分分析隐形矫治技术发展现状和3D打印技术进展的基础上,提出直接3D打印无托槽隐形矫治器、在矫治软件中引入矫治器直接生成及精确设置模块将成为该技术的发展方向。
Invisalign is a new technology produced by the integration of 3 Dprinting technology and orthodontics.The technology has greatly satisfied the demand for aesthetic and comfort of dental orthodontics.This paper summarizes the general process of Invisalign.The key technologies,orthodontics software and related algorithms,are analyzed:The digital dental model reconstruction,tooth digital model segmentation and restoration,virtual tooth arrangement of the research are summarized;the present research topic is pointed out.Through analysis of the current development of Invisalign and the progress of 3 D printing technology,it is thought that aligners being directly generated by 3 Dprinting and modules being developed in Invisalign which can be precisely set for direct aligners generation will be the development derection.
